1. Orders may come from several suppliers expect multiple shipments.
2. Beware that some orders may be combined to minimize shipping cost.
3. Check all shipments for damage prior to accepting, shipping claims cannot be made after the driver has left your property.
Document all damages on the bill of lading and photograph your notes and the shipping damages. Forward pictures to both the shipper, ask driver for contact information, and also forward to corporate office.
4. Shipments may be delayed, do not schedule installations without a multi-day shipping buffer to accommodate any logistics delays.
